At Vintice, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely.

1. Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days

• Other locations: 5–8 business days
  Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• For orders below ₹999, a small delivery fee may apply, visible at checkout.

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your package.

5. Delays:
Unexpected courier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or high order volume. We’ll keep you informed in such cases.

6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery:
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping charges.
