At Vintice, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days

• Other locations: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• A small shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹999 or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within India.
