1. Orders & Shipping

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

• You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

• Delivery time depends on your location (usually 3–7 days within India).

2. Returns & Exchange

We offer 7 days return or exchange from the date of delivery.
Your item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
To request a return or exchange, email us at vinticework@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
